Next Door is a restaurant that was opened in 2017 by Richard and Vicki, a passionate chef and sommelier duo, in the building next door to their home in Frodsham, Cheshire.

In order to stand out amongst other businesses on the Frodsham high street, I created a clean and contemporary brand that still felt classic. The concept behind the logo came from the restaurant being in Frodsham’s old butcher shop, with the N and D taking the shape of a butcher’s hook.

The restaurant’s popularity meant Richard and Vicki had to turn their lounge into additional seating, and it has gone on to win Cheshire Restaurant of the Year and earn a place on the Michelin Guide.
