Every project is shaped around collaboration, research and strategic thinking. While every brand requires a slightly different approach, this is a general overview of how I typically work.


Research & Discovery

  • Kick-off discovery call

  • Competitor and industry analysis

  • Target audience analysis

  • Key findings and insights to inform the design direction and initial concepts

  • Review of research with the client and opportunity for discussion and feedback


Visual Development

  • Visual research and concept generation

  • Development of three creative routes 

  • Mocking up the routes across key touchpoints for review


Brand Finalisation

  • Refinement of selected route and final approval of the brand identity

  • Creation of comprehensive brand guidelines, including all assets required for launch across print and digital in a readily downloadable format


Website Design & Build

Optional extra

  • Development of up to two website style directions

  • Website build in Squarespace

  • Feedback, refinements and troubleshooting
